COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL NARRATIVE APPRAISAL PRODUCTS

All commercial and industrial appraisals are reviewed by a Certified General. Depending in the property type, reporting format, and turnaround requested, prices will vary. We will be happy to provide you with a custom price quote. Below is a breakdown of our most popular narrative appraisal products:




 
Restricted Use 

Our most limited option, this abbreviated narrative contains only the essentials. Most applicable in situations where very limited reporting is acceptable, when only property identification, brief approaches to value, and a reconciliation/conclusion are sought. This format is most often used in consulting or portfolio monitoring. 

Concise Summary

An abbreviated narrative format used mostly for private purposes, estate planning, and some lending applications. Generally reserved for less complex property structures, this format (generally 20-25 pages in length) provides at least one primary approach to value, usually supported by a second approach. Although brief, this format meets all USPAP requirements for a summary report, while providing a tremendous value for our client

 Complete Summary

Our most popular narrative format used mainly for lending purposes in conjunction with most loans, the Complete Summary (generally 50-75 pages in length) is also a popular choice for a more robust report in private and estate planning purposes. This format can entail two to three approaches to value, depending on the age and type of the property. 

Self Contained

The Self-Contained report is the most detailed format we offer. Usually reserved for large loans, estates, municipal or institutional properties, and/or special-use properties, this evaluation provides our highest level of reporting, and usually exceeds 100 pages in length.
