As a full service real estate appraisal and consulting firm, we provide valuations, market and feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and consultations for a multitude of clients. We take pride in providing a consistent service of thorough, accurate, and detailed analysis. Our reports meet the requirements of the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) government agencies, lenders, courts, and the Appraisal Institute under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), in addition to being UAD compliant. All commercial and industrial appraisals are subject to a review by a Certified General Appraiser.
